Throughout each project,
StudioPlum
completes a series of phases
- be they large or small -
each of which is critical to the overall success of the project

Planning & Design Stage

Concept Plans

Includes initial site analysis and program establishment, development and approval of concept design. These plans can also be used by contractors to establish preliminary budgets (ie. opinions of probable costs).

DA & CDC Plans

Include landscape plans for the purpose of submitting a Development Application (DA) and Complying Development Certificate (CDC) application to Local Council building and development approval.

Developed Plans

Includes planting plan showing locations of all new plants, existing trees and a plant schedule. A plant schedule includes all information necessary for obtaining a price: botanical names, number of plants and required container sizes.

Construction Plans

Includes all final plans, sections, elevations, details and specifications for use by contractors to price and install all landscape elements.

Is It All Going According to Plan?

Landscape construction requires the coordination of people, materials and equipment, hence, facilitating the installation or carrying out inspections are executed for a number of various purposes throughout the entire project duration to ensure that things are progressing as intended.

Project Facilitation

StudioPlum can work with qualified and experienced contractors to oversee the quoting, coordination and installation of a the landscape works. We can also just simply assess and give feedback on quotes and tenders.

Site Inspections

Routine inspection are beneficial, as they ensure that works within a project go forward as planned and are according to requirements and regulations.

Landscape Certification

We are certified practicing members of the Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers (AILDM) and are therefore authorised to carry out landscape inspections and certification.

Each project needs unique drawings;
simple ones might need one plan,
while complex ones require multiple stages and coordination with other disciplines.
